4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.

1 Samuel 17:45-47
45 Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 46 This day the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 Then all this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.”

2 KINGS 4:1-7 - A CERTAIN WOMAN OF THE WIVES OF THE SONS OF THE PROPHETS CRIED OUT TO ELISHA, SAYING, "YOUR SERVANT MY HUSBAND IS DEAD, AND YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SERVANT FEARED THE LORD. AND THE CREDITOR IS COMING TO TAKE MY TWO SONS TO BE HIS SLAVES." 2 SO ELISHA SAID TO HER, "WHAT SHALL I DO FOR YOU? TELL ME, WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN THE HOUSE?" AND SHE SAID, "YOUR MAIDSERVANT HAS NOTHING IN THE HOUSE BUT A JAR OF OIL." 3 THEN HE SAID, "GO, BORROW VESSELS FROM EVERYWHERE, FROM ALL YOUR NEIGHBOURS-EMPTY VESSELS; DO NOT GATHER JUST A FEW. 4 AND WHEN YOU HAVE COME IN, YOU SHALL SHUT THE DOOR BEHIND YOU AND YOUR SONS; THEN POUR IT INTO ALL THOSE VESSELS, AND SET ASIDE THE FULL ONES." 5 SO SHE WENT FROM HIM AND SHUT THE DOOR BEHIND HER AND HER SONS, WHO BROUGHT THE VESSELS TO HER; AND SHE POURED IT OUT. 6 NOW IT CAME TO PASS, WHEN THE VESSELS WERE FULL, THAT SHE SAID TO HER SON, "BRING ME ANOTHER VESSEL."AND HE SAID TO HER, "THERE IS NOT ANOTHER VESSEL." SO THE OIL CEASED. 7 THEN SHE CAME AND TOLD THE MAN OF GOD. AND HE SAID, "GO, SELL THE OIL AND PAY YOUR DEBT; AND YOU AND YOUR SONS LIVE ON THE REST."
